With over 30 years experience on multiple projects and in various business
sectors, Michael brings diverse familiarity with what it takes to create a
successful conclusion to any project. Michael has the knowledge to bring
projects in on budget and on time. His attention to detail results in
methodical requirements gathering, precise workflow analysis and clearly
defined process documentation. Paired with a dedication to effective
communication, Michael creates valuable relationships that lend themselves
easily to competent team building and efficient project management.
Michael greatly enjoys the challenge of solving difficult issues with a
pragmatic solution. One of his main goals is to streamline processes,
therefore systematically completing tasks which leads to being able to
successfully check off another milestone at the end of the day.
