What is a SMART Goal?
SMART goals are those that are strategic, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. This informed way of defining goals helps create measurable success to determine if the goal was met.
How do I know what type of live coaching is best for my organization?
In our consultation, we will discuss your organization’s needs and goals for the future. From there, we will help you determine which method of coaching sessions would be best for your needs.
Do you offer in-person coaching?
At the moment, we only offer virtual live coaching sessions. Participants do have the choice between phone calls or video chat sessions.
How do I schedule a session?
After your purchase, we will contact you within one business day to get a better understanding of your coaching needs and your availability. We will get you connected with your coach for the first session. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled between you and your coach.
Can a Live Coaching session be recorded?
Absolutely! You have the option to record your Live Coaching session and revisit it at your convenience.
How many people can join a coaching session?
In our coaching sessions, we welcome up to three attendees.
Can I email a coach directly with questions?
Absolutely! However, emailing a coach outside of your session would reduce your Live Coaching balance by a minimum of 15 minutes. Always use the coach’s direct email address.
How long will I have to wait for my coaching session to be scheduled?
You chose Live Coaching to get help with a specific problem and soon. We share the same desire to help you as quickly as possible. We will schedule the nearest available time that fits both you and your coach.
What if I forget to cancel my scheduled coaching session?
Our coaches understand that life can get busy, that’s why they will wait for you up to 8 minutes after the scheduled start time. However, should you not reach out to reschedule during that time, a 15-minute no-show fee will be charged to your Live Coaching balance. Let’s make the most out of our time together!
Is Live Coaching time only logged for peer-to-peer sessions or can a coach work on something without me present?
Any coaching time logged will start with a live meeting with a coach. However, your coach may ask you if you are okay with them using some of your purchased time to troubleshoot a specific problem that they were not able to resolve during the live session. They will only do this with your permission and will inform you of the time that will be used ahead of time.
Do Live Coaching hours expire?
Yes, you have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your Live Coaching hours. At that point, they are considered expired.
Can Live Coaching be used to learn about Preview or Beta features?
We are excited about new features because they often represent a solution to a need. And frequently the features are released with no advanced notice and little to no explanation. We are happy to explore these features with you in a coaching session and discover them together.
Will I get the same coach for all of my sessions?
We believe that the pairing of the right coach can increase the value of your sessions. Often, the right coach is the one that you have a developed history and rapport with. And yet, when your coaching needs change, so too might the coach. We will make every consideration to pair you with the right coach at the right time so you can be successful.
How long will I have to wait for a response to my coaching request?
One of our coaches will respond within one business day.
Can I use this as support for production solutions?
Live Coaching is a learning service and should not be used for production support. There should never be a need for an emergency or urgent coach request.
What is the maximum and minimum amount of scheduled Live Coaching time I can have in a day?
The duration and timing of sessions must be acceptable for both you and the coach. The shortest time a session can be is 30 minutes. You and your coach can discuss and agree upon a fitting duration to assist with your needs.
Are Live Coaching hours transferable to others within the organization?
Yes, others within the organization may use purchased Live Coaching hours with the permission of the original purchaser.
